At Sequoia Advantage, we are committed to delivering high-value consulting services. Due to the nature of our program, we have the following refund and cancellation policy:

• If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the program starts, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days before the start date for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
• If you cancel within 7 days of the start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued.

Due to the personalized nature of our consulting services, all sales are final once the program begins. However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will work with you to address concerns and improve the experience.

• Clients may reschedule coaching sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Refund exceptions may be made in extreme cases, such as medical emergencies, subject to our discretion.
